About Us

A material workshop built around stone surfaces

Vita Stone was set up to solve one problem: how to use the look of natural stone on forms that rigid panels cannot follow.

Why the sheets bend

Each sheet is formed from graded stone aggregate and mineral fillers, pressed thin, then backed with a flexible layer that lets the surface curve. The result reads as stone from a distance and survives handling, cutting and installation on site.

Our range is developed with interior and facade designers, so the tones in different series can be used together on one project without a clash.

What we hold to

Honest Materials

We describe what each sheet is and how it performs, so specifiers can plan with real numbers.

Design First

Textures are developed with interior and facade designers, not only from a cost sheet.

Built for Site

Sheets are produced with cutting, transport and installation on real projects in mind.

From aggregate to delivery

Five stages shape every series before it reaches a project.

  1. Material Selection

Stone aggregate and mineral fillers are graded for tone and grain before mixing.

  2. Sheet Forming

The mix is pressed into thin sheets with a backing layer that allows flexing.

  3. Surface Cure

Sheets are cured and finished to lock in the texture and colour of each series.

  4. Quality Inspection

Each batch is checked for thickness, tone consistency and bend behaviour.

  5. Project Delivery

Batches are packed to site sequence with cutting and installation notes.
